We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for our senior alumni to participate in a 2-day, 1-night meditation retreat as part of our LICHE program (Lifestyle, Investment, Community, Health, and Excellence). This retreat is designed to help you explore the transformative power of meditation and find inner peace in our busy lives.
Why Silent?
Silence plays a crucial role in meditation. It allows us to turn inward, quiet the mind, and connect with our deeper selves. In a world filled with noise and distractions, embracing silence can help us cultivate clarity and focus.

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing the mind and eliminating distractions to achieve a state of mental clarity and emotional calm. It can take many forms, including silent prayer for Christians (靜禱) and stillness meditation (靜坐) for non-Christians.
Benefits of Meditation
Meditation offers numerous benefits, including:
• Enhance connection with God
• A deeper sense of peace and well-being
• Reduced stress and anxiety
