Dear Alumni Members,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support of the St. John’s College Alumni Association over the years. Your contributions have helped us to create a strong and vibrant community that fosters connections among graduate and current St. Johnians.
As we approach our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 June 2023, I would like to extend a warm invitation to all members to join us via Zoom at 9 pm. This is an important event where we review our past activities, elect new committee members, and plan for the future.
Please find attached the AGM notice and proxy form. We kindly request that you review these documents carefully and submit your proxy form if you are unable to attend the meeting.
