Join our bartender for this event, Mr. SM Li, an HKU alumnus who worked in restaurants and bars—including as a bartender—in Hawaii and Austin, Texas, USA during his college years while studying hotel management. In recent years, SM has organized cocktail parties for colleagues through their Staff Club.
SM would like to share his bartending experience with you as you learn to craft a few classic cocktails—from a timeless Old Fashioned and a zesty Margarita to a bold Bloody Mary, a refreshing Mojito, or a bright Screwdriver!
