NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting of St. John’s College Alumni Association, University of Hong Kong Limited (the “Association”) will be held at the time and for the purposes as follows:
Date : Friday, 12 June 2026
Time : 7:00 p.m.
Venue : 14/F, Chinese Club building, 21-22 Connaught Road
Central, Central, Hong Kong
Purposes:
(a) to receive and consider the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2025 together with the reports of the Directors and Auditor* thereon;
(b) to appoint director(s) if any and re-appointing retiring directors; and
(c) to re-appoint the Honorary Auditor.
