ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025 – REPORT

1. Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the St. John’s College Alumni Association was held on 12 June 2026 at The Chinese Club, Central from 7:00 pm to 7:48 pm. A total of 20 members attended.
The following business was conducted:
Financial Report 2024-25 – The financial report was presented and duly passed by members.
Election of Directors 2025-26 – The new Board of Directors for the term 2025-26 was successfully elected.
2. First Board Meeting – Election of Office Bearers
Immediately following the AGM, the first Board Meeting of the new term was held. The following office bearers were elected:

The AGM concluded at 7:48 pm, followed by a dinner and a vision & strategy workshop for the new Board.
