There were altogether thirty Alumni attending the Dinner talk by Prof Johannes Chan on Thursday 27th November 2003, held at the HKU Alumni Assoication in Central.
The topic was : Government Accountability through the Court.
Throughout the one and half hours of talk, our 3/F brother used many different court cases against the government in the past to lively discuss with the audience about this controversal topic.
No matter the participants were in the legal or not in the legal profession, we all found the talk to be very stimulating and informative.
