Dear Members,

Re: SJCAA Golf Day

Just an up-date of this event.

About 30 alumni have registered for this event up to now, of which about 28 have benefitted as early birds, thus saving $80.00 each.

15 Teams representing 7 floors (all except 2/F, 7/F, 10/F) have been formed. Many floors are sending more than one team this year, thus increasing the probabilities of winning. Although the 1st Floor and 5th Floor teams are returning as defending champions, they both agree that the 4/F brothers are definitely a real challenge, and so are the 3/F brothers. Let?s watch out who will be representing these floors this year.

For the individual competition, those fine players scoring 80 something will be competing fiercely for both and Net and Gross titles.

Regarding sponsorship, we are pleased to say that we have now solicited patronage (in cash or in kind) worth over $20,000.00 by now and we are now targeting for a new record of $30,000.00 before the event.

If you are interested in this event but too busy to form a team, just enroll and let us do the job for you. This event is our major golf event and we assure you you will enjoy it from beginning to end. The reason is simple ? who can resist the cool and comfortable autumn breeze, acres of greeneries and the excitement of seeing your old buddies?

Good news! All lady participants will receive a Beauty Coupon (sponsored by Ichi Beauty Centre in Causeway Bay) worth $500.00. All participants will receive a sports bag imprinted with the title of the event and the ?Aquila?. And we are giving out tons of golf balls and?. So, why wait?
