25 Alumni and friends joined the Sake Tasting Nite held at the Sake Central on 21st April 2018. A total of 5 different sake wines were introduced to our alumni matching with lovely snacks.
We thank very much our instructor Thomas (Sake Central) for his detailed explanation of how to classify different sakes and how they are produced.
In addition, thanks to our 9F alumnus Ms Anna Hui and her photographing team for taking some beautiful pictures for us in the evening.
The event was very successfully held and you can also tell from the influence of the spirits, and good companions, our alumni really had a wonderful evening together.
