NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting of St. John?s College Alumni Association, University of Hong Kong Limited (the “Association”) will be held at the place and time and for the purposes as follows:
Date : Friday, 28 June 2013
Time : 8:00 p.m.
Venue : Dining Hall, St. John’s College, 82 Pokfulam Road
Purposes:
(a) to receive and consider the audited financial statements for the year ended 30th September 2012 together with the reports of the Directors and Auditor thereon;
(b) to elect director(s) if any and re-elect retiring directors; and
(c) to re-appoint the Honorary Auditor.
