As you may have heard, Czarina Restaurant on Bonham Road, which has over 49 years of history and witnessed the growth of the University of Hong Kong, will be closed in the end of February.
We are most honoured to have invited Czarina Restaurant’s owner, Mr. Wang, to share his memories of HKU in different eras. More excitedly, Mr. Wang will prepare the famous Czarina borscht right at SJC’s kitchen and served in our newly renovated dining hall. How can you miss this special event?
