Forty Alumni came back to the newly renovated Danny Ho Dining Hall to attend the Red Wine Workshop organised by SJCAA.
Four different kinds of wines were tasted by our alumni – wines from France, Chile and Australia. The alumni got a basic understanding of red wine, how to taste them, smell them and watch the colour through the wine glasses. They even had a great experience of opening the wine bottles by professional tools.
The workshop ended with 5 lucky draws and every participant became a “wine expert” after the workshop.
