Red Wine Workshop

Many of our members express the need to learn more about wine culture, wine classifications and etiquette, in their work and daily life. We are delighted to announce that our next alumni gathering will be a workshop on red wine ? jointly organized with “紅酒軒”.

You will be able to
1. Know the origin and history of wine culture;
2. Learn various ways of wine appreciation;
3. Taste various red wines;
4. Practice wine etiquette; and
5. Understand the matching principles of wine and food.

This will also be a great chance for alumni to visit the newly redecorated Dining Hall at the first moment of the completion of its renovation in June!

Details for the Red Wine Workshop are as follow –

Date: 6th July, 2012 (Friday)
Time: 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
Venue: Dining Hall, St. John’s College
Enrollment fee: $130 (refreshments and drinks included)
Number of Attendants: Maximum 40, registration on a first come first served basis

Applicants should be registered members of SJCAA.
