The annual SJC Ricci Golf Malayan Cup event is going to be held on 12th May 2010 (Wed).
Attached please find an enrollment form for your information. Please enroll if you are interested. Take action now & we need your support! (Our Captain Edmond will have a final decision on player list)
Also, we have arranged a golf clinic at KSC on 18-04-2010, to further improve our skill and have more fun in future games. Please indicate your interest by return email to me for co-odrination. Seats are limited!

Rules and Format
1. Pairing
Each side shall form 12 teams of 24 players (2 players for each team). If both sides have more than 12 teams to join, the total number of matches will be decided by the captains prior to the competition.
24 players of each side will be ranked A, B, C groups (8 players each) according to their handicap indexes.
Each side is free to group the 8 players within the same group and decide the orders.
Teams of both sides of corresponding group will be matched.
2. Format of each match is Four-Ball Match Play – 2 players play their better ball against the better ball of the other 2 players.
3. 3-point System
1 point for every 9-hole win
1 point for overall 18-hole win
1/2 point to each team if tied for each 9-hole and 18-hole
Therefore, maximum 3 points for a team winning all front-9, back-9 and 18-hole.
4. Matches are decided on the basis of gross scores. No handicap will be applied in the matches.
5. The side with the most points at the conclusion of the matches wins the Malayan Cup.
6. If, at the conclusion of the matches, the sides are tied at equal points, the two sides shall share the cup with the defending champion keeping the Malayan Cup for the first half year

9:45am Arrive Green Bay Golf Club
11:00am Tee off (shot gun)
4:00pm Buffet and prizes presentation
5:30pm Depart golf club to Huanggang
Entry Fee
HK$1,100/person. Inclusive of green fee, caddy, golf cart, locker, team shirt, buffet and transportation between Huanggang and golf club.
