Dear St. Johnian,
Along with the further economic integration between Hong Kong and the
mainland, many St. Johnians have moved to the mainland particularly in
big cities like Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
In addition
to this group of St. Johnians, there are also significant numbers of
mainland graduates, who stayed in our postgraduate wing, are currently
back to the mainland. Indeed, many of our mainland graduates are
judges, legal professionals and government officials.
In light of this
growing number of St. Johnians in the mainland and the success of the
formation of Beijing Chapter in 2007, the College, together with the
St. John’s College Alumni Association are going to organize a reunion
dinner in Shenzhen. All St. Johnians are cordially invited to join
this reunion.
