About 100 Alumni came back to St. John’s to attend the Alumni High Table with Mr. Frederick Ma, former Secretary of Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, HKSAR, as the speaker of the evening.
Mr. Ma gave a very entertaining speech on this serious topics: The Causes of the Collapse of Financial Institutions in the US, and the Effects on Hong Kong and the Mainland.
The responses from all the Audience were also very good. There were many questions from the students, the post-graduates as well as the Alumni.
Mr. Ma also told us a few jokes about this crisis and it made everyone laugh.
