GIG (Golf Interest Group) has organized a Golf Beginners’ Course for St. Johnians Alumni in this summer.
Schedule for the Golf Lessons for Beginners is as follow:-
Title : Golf Lessons for Beginners
Date : Thu 31st July, Thu 7th Aug ,Thu 14th Aug, and Tue 19th Aug 2003
Duration: 6 hours (1.5 hrs per lesson)
Venue: Oriental Golf City (Kai Tak Airport) (except the first lesson which will be conducted at the Student Common Room of SJC.)
Time : 8pm-9:30pm (arrive 10 minutes before lesson for warm up)
Dress Code: Sports wear and shoes (except the 1st lesson which will mainly be a lecture on basic thories, introduction to golf equipment, safety rules etc)
Transportation : By private vehicle or shuttle bus at Kowloon Bay MTR)
Equipments required : Glove for golf and one 7 iron(buy at any golf shop, approx. $400 for two items)
Fee: $280 each time for Oriental Golf City Lesson Bay fee
Registration Policy : Spouse(but not children) welcome
Handicap requirement : Nil
