8:30 九龍塘理想酒店集合
8:15 乘車前往屯門慧豐園碼頭
9:00 乘船往沙州(沿途欣賞白海豚)
9:45 往停機坪欣賞雁蕩平沙及若隱若現 ~ 沙堤
11:00 乘船往大澳
12:00 用膳
13:00 參觀寶珠潭內紅樹林、觀海亭及購買大澳特產
15:30 乘船返屯門慧豐園碼頭
17:00 乘車返九龍塘理想酒店解散

Dear Alumni
During this time of the year, have you ever thought of having a fun day going on a boating trip with your family and friends to feel the sea breeze and watch the dolphins swimming around? Not to mention the seafood banquet and delicacies in Tai O, SJCAA has organized a dolphin sighting tour for all alumni and their guests – that includes a tour guide, mangrove visiting, games, lucky draw, and so on…
We will gather at Kowloon Tong at 8am, (Sunday, 12 Nov.) a coach will take us to the pier in Tuen Mun, just pack a bag with sunscreen, hats, jacket and off we go for a boat ride!
On the way to Tai O where we will have seafood for lunch, a professional guide will show us the scenic spots, mangrove area, as well as the Chinese White Dolphins! (Just so you know, another name for this species is Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin, or its scientific name is Sousa Chinensis. As the name suggests, this species can be found in both the Indian and Pacific oceans. They prefer to stay in coastal waters such as estuaries and near wetlands with mangroves.)
This outing is surely an educational one, not only kids would love to see dolphins this close for their first time in life, adults should not miss this chance of getting a fond memory with other alumni too!
We will be taken back to Kowloon Tong after the day trip and the estimated time of arrival is 5pm. So don’t you want to watch dolphins breaching (when a dolphin leaps out and falls back into the water making huge splashes) or spy-hopping (refers to a dolphin lifting its head out of the water to observe the surroundings)?
