St. John’s College Alumni at the HKU Shatin Jockey Club Day Races
SJCAA will like to support the “Reunion at the Races 2006 – a reunion event organized by HKU Foundation at the Shatin Jockey Club on June 10, 2006 (Saturday). There will be a HKU Alumni Association Challenge Cup on that day and in addition, with a minimum donation of HKD100,000, any HKU Alumni and friends can name one of the races on that day in honour of a particular HKU unit (an Alumni body, or a department, hostel…etc.)
SJCAA is going to reserve some seats at the buffet lunch at the Jockey Club Box (car park will also be available). As this will be a charity event for the HKU Foundation, each buffet table of ten will be sold at HKD10,000. If you are interested, you could join the SJCAA table(s) as an individual (HKD1,000 each) by email to Vincent Chiu at vchiu@kanbay.com on or before 26 May 2006.
So let us St. Johnians rally around at the Jockey Club to make some moneys this time!
