More than 50 Alumni went back to St. John’s College to attend the High Table Talk presented by the Hon. Dr. York Chow – Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food of HKSAR.
Being the HKU Sportsman in the 70’s, Dr. Chow also spoke of how his training as a doctor helps him now in dealing with crisis situations in his work.
He also talked about successful delegation in order to help him more effectively in dealing with the legislators in the Legislative Council.
